Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not process orders during weekends or holidays in China, Singapore, or in your country of residence. The aforementioned time frames indicate when your item will be prepared for shipment and dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, please allow for additional days in transit for delivery.

For pre-orders, the processing time starts once the product becomes available in our warehouse. Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are guidelines and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays or shipping issues. We will make every effort to keep customers informed of any changes to estimated delivery dates.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates applicable to your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery estimates may vary depending on your country and the shipping method you select. Depending on the shipping method you choose, the delivery estimates and costs may vary as follows:

  • DDP Shipping Method: The DDP shipping method stands for "Delivery Duty Paid." The transit time for DDP shipments is typically 15-20 business days.
  • DAP Shipping Method: The DAP shipping method stands for "Delivered At Place." The delivery time for DAP shipments is typically 5-10 business days.

For pre-orders, delivery estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays, shipping issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to keep customers informed of any changes to delivery estimates.

Please note that shipping rates and delivery estimates for both DDP and DAP shipments may vary depending on your country. These costs and estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is temporary (particular term depends on the applicable delivery estimates) and will be active for a specific limited time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are your responsibility. If required under the applicable law, we will also charge the applicable taxes, including withholding tax, sales tax, or value-added tax, which shall be paid by you.

Please note that for DDP shipments, we are responsible for handling all aspects of the shipping process, including customs clearance and any applicable duties or taxes. However, these shipping methods do not support the provision of import documents such as tax bills or invoices that can be used for a tax deduction or VAT refund.

For DAP shipments, the shipping method is delivered to the specified location and taxes and duties are unpaid. It is your responsibility to handle any customs, duties, and taxes that may apply to your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipment

We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged securely and shipped safely. However, we are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

  • For DDP shipments, in the event that goods are lost or damaged, RAKwireless can only provide a refund up to the value of the package (no more than $100 USD).
  • For DAP shipments, in the event that goods are lost or damaged, the customer should file a claim with the courier.We recommend that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
